What we are looking for:
Experience & Collaboration: Proven experience working effectively with Year 5 & 6 students, and a genuine commitment to working within a supportive, collaborative team.
Pedagogy: Strong skills and practice in delivering high-quality Structured Literacy and Numeracy programmes.
Relationship-Focused: A deep focus on building positive, reciprocal relationships with all ākonga, fostering a learning environment built on curiosity and growth.
